Travel Funding

The Congress may be able to assist with travel funding for eligible participants.

Conditions of Travel Funding for Students:

1. You must be a student at either the Masters or PhD level at the time of the conference.
2. You must be a member in good standing of CALACS for 2012 upon application for financial aid.*
3. Partial funding may only be applied to help cover transportation or accommodation costs.
4. ONLY official receipts will be accepted by the Secretariat for reimbursements.
5. Official receipts must be received by the Secretariat no later than July 1, 2012.
6. At the time of receipt submission, you must also include a letter from your University Department Chair stating your status in the University at the time of the conference
