
Travel Funding
The Congress may be able to assist with travel funding for eligible participants.
Conditions of Travel Funding for Students:- You must be a student at either the Masters or PhD level at the time of the conference.
- You must be a member in good standing of CALACS for 2012 upon application for financial aid.*
- Partial funding may only be applied to help cover transportation or accommodation costs.
- ONLY official receipts will be accepted by the Secretariat for reimbursements.
- Official receipts must be received by the Secretariat no later than July 1, 2012.
- At the time of receipt submission, you must also include a letter from your University Department Chair stating your status in the University at the time of the conference
